Parcel deliveries will be made without signature in order to avoid contact with the delivery person.
Make sure that the delivery address indicated is correct and accessible.
Any non-deliverable package (closing etc.) must be sent again: the shipping costs will then be invoiced again and non-refundable.
WARNINGS : following the closure of a hub and from March 19, the departments below are no longer available in GLS until further notice, the corresponding orders will therefore be put on hold:
departments 27, 57, 67, 68 and 76.
Deliveries by Colissimo or Chronopost:
Until now daily, Colissimo and Chronopost shipments will now be made weekly: once a week.
This can lead to a delay of up to a week in processing orders using these modes of transport.
